Summary
NAD+ is a nucleotide cofactor rather than a peptide, supplied as a hygroscopic white to off-white powder. It is unusually sensitive to moisture and to elevated temperature, and lots degrade measurably in transit when shipped without temperature control.
Because it is not a peptide, the peptide content figure does not apply; assay by HPLC against a reference standard and water content by Karl Fischer are the two numbers that matter for price comparison.
