The Pure Chain is open to licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, registered 503B outsourcing facilities, and peptide synthesizers and CDMOs. Every account is verified against a state licence or FDA registration before any pricing is released.

No individuals. No residential delivery. No research-use-only channel. If you do not operate a verified facility, this site is not for you.

Quotes returned through the site are indications obtained from manufacturers. They are not offers capable of acceptance, and they are subject to the manufacturer's own terms of sale, availability and final confirmation.

A transaction is concluded between your facility and the manufacturer. The Pure Chain never takes title to material, never holds inventory, and never sits in the chain of supply.

Commitments made to a group buy are binding at campaign close. When a campaign closes, every participant is committed at the tier the pool reached, and the manufacturer is entitled to rely on the pooled volume.

If you cannot honour a commitment, do not make it. A facility that defaults on a closed campaign may lose access to future group buys.

The site and its data are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pure Chain is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, production downtime or regulatory action arising from material sourced through the group.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
