Facility details and licence or registration numbers are collected to verify eligibility. Membership is limited to licensed facilities, so verification is not optional.

Contact details are collected to respond to you: to return quotes, to open a group buy you have signalled for, and to administer your account.

Spend bands and molecule volumes are collected to size pools. A group buy only opens when the pooled volume justifies a campaign, and those figures are what tell us when.

We use no third-party analytics. Usage events recorded on this site store no IP address, no user agent and no identifier of any kind — only the event name and, where relevant, the page it concerns.

The retention period for application, signal and sourcing data will be stated here once counsel completes review.

To request deletion of the information we hold about you or your facility, contact us through the site. We will confirm what we hold and remove it, except where we are required to keep it by law.
