Antitrust policy

The Pure Chain does not share individual member pricing, volumes or terms with any other member. Members do not see one another's prices or customer information.

Any benchmark data is aggregated, lagged by at least one quarter, and suppressed below five contributors. If a figure could identify a member, it is not published.

Terms are identical for every participant and never negotiated. There are no side arrangements, no preferential treatment and no undisclosed payments.

Manufacturers do not receive member pricing data. They see the volume of a pool they are invited to quote on, and the identity of a buyer only when that buyer transacts with them.

This policy is under review by counsel. It states the rules we operate by; the reviewed text will replace it.
