Summary

Liraglutide is a 31-residue GLP-1 analogue with a palmitoyl side chain attached through a glutamic acid spacer at lysine 26. It is an older molecule than semaglutide and tirzepatide and the manufacturing route is correspondingly better established.

Aggregation on reconstitution is the practical risk with this material rather than synthesis impurities. We ask for size exclusion data in addition to reversed-phase purity before a lot is quoted.
